We have Grades, in High-School it's seventh grade=13 years old, Eighth grade=14 years old, ninth grade 15 years old, tenth grade 16 years old, eleventh grade 17 years old, and twelveth grade 18 years old. I'm going into ninth grade as pre-turned fifteen year old turning sixteen however due to being held back a grade by six flipping concussions and almost dying twice (yeah....) XD anyway so I'm a year behind, also American schools are very over played and rated in TV shows/movies XD everyone does not know each other, the farthest that goes is two grades at a time (for example 8th and 9th grade will know each other but no further unless in the case of a rare exception) unless you have a sibling higher or lower then that in which case you may have contacts in 10th or 7th grade or etc, and it's fare from one big party XD I think that War Zone would be a much more appropriate term, society for us comes in four category's. clique, outcast who hang's out with other rejects/nerds (that would be me if I had any friends in school), loner (a. k. a. the scary/or intimidating/or hyper kid who hangs out on their own because their to wild, different, opinionated, etc. to get along with a group) that IS me, or Warlike leader who doesn't agree with any category and leads your own little clan on ether the right side or the wrong side of school justice (My bro is a prime example of this, although thankfully he's the 'right side of school justice type' when confronted). it's Clash Of The Clans minus all the blood, fights aren't TO common but they do happen and when they do it's usually group on group which can get ugly, as far as I can tell (I've been home-schooled for most of my life up until part of last year) it's rarely one on one, because for some reason people in OUR area at least seem to have a misguided sense of team work DX your better off in England when it comes to school society, even the 'parties' here are marred with rivalry, and the fashion is just messed up.
