Ever wondered what a Bunad was? No? Well now you can learn what it is anyway!

The characters are wearing Bunads in the first chapter of Fjordson, and a lot of people were confused as to why they were wearing such old fashioned clothing in a modern universe. So, I made this to educate people :D

Fjordson will start updating again on August 5th!

I feel bad for the men. They too should have elaborate bunads. Why can't men look pretty too? Not fair.

Don't feel bad for them, 'cause their bunads are quite elaborate. Especially compared to other types of formal clothing for men (e.g. suits). I LOVE looking at men in bunad; they (the bunads) are so pretty and colourful and detailed. The menfolk really do look awesome in it.

I bet. Over where I live (Puerto Rico) traditional clothing is white with touch of red for the men, women's clothes can be more colorful.

Nydelig "Bunad Guide" forresten~!
