Oscars-This Is What It Sounds Like

Okay, I will say this right now. Today is the Oscars and while I am watching it right now, I do like to keep tabs on who won anyways which I usually do every year anyways.

I posted this right now as I found out KPOP Demon Hunters won the Oscar.

So, here, I decided to draw out HUNTR/X singing This is What it Sounds Like at the Oscars and their own version of the Honmoon ice showing across the stage while Arco is flying by from his own dimension to witness it. As they are singing, Elio is floating alongside them due to the "magic" the HUNTR/X like in the movie.

As for the other nominees, I decided to have Zoey carry Amelie in her arms and Amelie, being three is dazzled by all the glowing lights that surround her while Mira is holding Gary De'Snake in her arms and even he is dazzled at the song and spectacle.

While Golden is nominated, I feel like This is What it Sounds Like fits more in this scenario as it's a more fitting wrap to the girls' arcs.

I also loved drawing out their outfits and Rumi's patterns on her.

Drawing the stage was one of the hardest parts especially from the angle I wanted to draw it at.

Anyways, I basically drew this out a week in advance and I had others planned out if the other contestants won. I was rooting for either KPOP Demon Hunters, Elio or Zootopia 2 to win because I really enjoyed all three of them equally. Either way, congrats to whoever won.

I hope to watch both Arco and Little Amelie in the future, but I really loved drawing out the two characters and how they interact with HUNTR/X.
