Floor is done. Grouting wasn’t as bad as my sister in law made it sound, but I was only doing a bathroom and she a kitchen. The annoying parts were the hard to reach corners between the vanity and tub and under the front of vanity where it was hard to get the grout float at the prescribed 45 angle. Read up before I started, and they advised to have your wash water ready before you start grouting and boy were they right. After 5 minutes that stuff started to get hard. Felt like I was burnishing the tile with high grit sandpaper which was okay because some paint had dripped onto the tile and it helped clean it up. But that old bathmat t
