This was taken on my family's annual summer trip to Colorado last year. This is Yankee Boy Basin, an alpine basin in Ouray County, Colorado. It’s located in the Uncompahgre National Forest and well-renowned for its display of wildflowers (especially columbine) during the Spring and for Twin Falls on Sneffels Creek.
