Grizzetis (Mario Story Fruit Shake) by DerekminyA Grizzetis (Mario Story Fruit Shake) by DerekminyA
Part grizzly, part yeti, part eskimo, and all-around "hunters" of the Frutto Archipelago's icy regions. While the males usually go hunting for Cheep Cheeps and Bloopers, the females defend the Grizzeti settlement and children from the dangerous Wild Grizzetis. After all, while Grizzetis of both genders are herculean in strength, the females are much stronger.

There are also legends of a humongous Abominable Grizzeti in the Voragine Wastes...

Grizzetis are set to appear in an upcoming Paper Mario fangame topic of the same name.

Reminds me of the Shiverians in Super Mario Odyssey.

Yeah. It's kind of funny, really- I made these guys long before Odyssey was released, and then Shiverians turn out to exist. There might a reference to this in the topic's story.

Look really good, and I haven't expected that the females are stronger, which is somewhat useful for defensive purposes. I also think that Wild Grizzetis should look somewhat different.

I got my own yeti called Yeti Kong, who is based of Eddie the Mean Yeti from the Donkey Kong Country cartoon series. He however have more different physical appearance from Donkey Kong himself, unlike Eddie who is like a white-furred Doneky Kong without a tie but with a bonnet. Differences include slightly longer legs, blue skin, pointy teeth and larger fur and, ironically, Hawaiian shirt.

Thank you. I think in nature, the females of some species are stronger than the males.

The Wild ones will definitely look more ferocious than their civil counterparts.

Funny you should mention Eddie (ME LIKE SNOW, ME LIKE ICE!)- one of the Grizzeti in Fruit Shake will also have a (somewhat) similar personality to him. Also, I never really considered Eddie's unusually warm skin color in the series. Huh. As it stands, your Yeti sounds like one chilla gorilla.

Well, Yeti Kong was once a normal gorilla living near Marinama Beach before being hexed by Kammy. Now he need to stay in the snow and had become grumpy does to this (until his hex lifted out, of course). His real name is Bongo Konga (yes, Konga, not Kong, since he's not truly related to the Kong Family).
