The True Lord Vader

I freely admit that I am not a fan of Hayden Christiansen's performance, and while there were many fine actors that auditioned for the role, Leonardo DiCaprio included (which would have been amazing), the actor that was my personal ultimate choice to be Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader,my favourite character in the whole saga, is Christian Bale, he is in my opinion the perfect choice. He was the right age at the time of the prequels and he is one of the greatest actors of our age, he would be able to play the noble and great leader that Anakin was, as well as depict the dark path that he eventually takes.
