Hollowed SapMoves at a medium to slow pace. Its weight causes it to walk slowly on its roots.
It is relatively simple to beat as it has a low health range. One or two hits should do the trick
Height maxes out at 6 feet tall. The size of its pot is relative to its height, but smaller ones have difficulty keeping their pots up at the base of their trunk with how heavy they are.
Hollowed Saps are capable of three ways to defend themselves:
- Poison Sap | Hollowed Saps have a coating of a poisonous substance. When its bark is cut, more of this sap leaks out. When dealing with one, use caution and do not expose the epidermis to the sap. The sap will cause you to break out with a painful rash. Each turn after exposure, your health will degrade. Degrading health is 10% of your full health.
- Dust Screen | When the Saps want to distract you or make time to flee, they'll release a brown dust, similar to dry dirt. This dirt is assumed to come from the soil within its pot, but that theory hasn't been confirmed.
- Slap | Saps are capable of slapping the ones fighting them with their long branches. This has a chance of causing Poison Sap.
