I uploaded another deviation here with a similar concept, but softer and with lighter colors.


very similar to one of my earlier deviations, but this time, I didn't edit the photo as much as the last one. And I actually think it turned out better... what do you think?

I am not a photographer. Don't take me to seriously here when I write this..

While not the most original conept, the image is still quite interesting.

Your use of the range of values here is great, I love the light reflections off the tiny droplets and the neat texture quality that we see on the leaf. I don't know a lot about macrophotography, but you may make me a fan of it.

Now to be honest, something about the overall composition bothers me. Was this shot originally to be a vertical image? The placement of the largest drop of water is centered, which seems overly placed- obviously it's nature, it wasn't.. It does something to the balance of the focal points and areas of interest.

I dunno, I'm sorry. I'm not a photographer, I may be way off base.
