Description

Drawn with graphite pencils on paper.  Amongst the challenges here were (1) conveying the 3 dimensionality of the subject & (2) conveying the metalness of the large brass key and door pull as well as the shine of the chrome chain; (3) rendering the surface of the old door with its faded and peeling paint and mould encrusted wood.
