Object-to-OC challenge entry

Greetings my little Implings!

So on the Arts and OCs amino I’ve recently entered a challenge entitled “Object-to-OC” challenge, in which you receive a random image n’ try to make it into an original character. For me I got a beautiful water color paint pallet, which is the image on the top right, n’ when I first looked at this picture, my first initial thought when making it into an OC, was a witch. Like a magical witch that can make watercolor like silhouettes using her paintbrush like wand. Cause the image gave me the impression of pastel magic n' pretty looking colors.
