Monster Sides AU p1

Alright so fun fact about me, i grew up w/ Monster high. N’ while I didn’t bought any of the dolls, I did instead watched the movies n’ even have the Ghouls Spirit game on ds. N’ w/ the new movie reboot n’ TV show coming, my brain started storming n’ the next thing I knew. BOOM! Sanders Sides MH AU. Now for those who don’t know MH is a doll line by Mattel, where the selling point is that it revolves around the children of famous monster n’ myths. N’ they all attend a high school, very simple stuff to grasp.

So what I’m gonna do is simply take the Core Four Halloween outfits from EP episode, n’ rework them to the style of monster high. I’ll also be using elements form the canon MH characters because, why not might as well ya know? So let’s start w/ Logan who had Frankenstein Monster. Now tho his outfit may seem rather simplistic, I think it works rather well given his character. I simply kept the tie, gave him a white collared shirt, square glasses, rolled up jacket w/ white stitches on it n’ his pants. Along side a vest, thick belt w/ chains n’ chunky platform boots. N’ of course the iconic heterochromic eyes w/ one brown n’ one blue.

Now the most notable design choice is the yellow skin, n’ there’s a very good reason for that. Upon researching some ideas I’ve discovered the original design n’ characteristics of the Frankenstein monster from the OG book. Not only did the book described him w/ yellow skin, but that he was intelligent as well. Not only was the monster eloquent n’ articulate within his speech, but could even read n’ speak French n’ German. So w/ that in mind I’ve decided to make Logan more akin to the book’s version of the monster, rather then the modern interpretation. Since it just seemed for fitting. Also I gave him slightly long lustrous black hair n’ black lips cause that’s what the monster was also described w/.
