Color is what I love in and about life!! I love how everything gets more life and energy by adding color to it and how everything can express character with color.

Being raised by a hippie mother and a very strong (very liberal in her generation) grandmother has made me become a person with a wide taste, interest in countless things and open to anything. Alongside that it cultivated a love for crafts, color and slightly crazy off-key clothing.

Making jewelry with polymer clay allows me to express the whole range of my tastes and my personality, from the romantic and dreamy to the weird and quirky. From the bright cheery colorful fairy side to the darker gothic side.
I love all kinds of fairy tales and fantastic stories, myths and legends and I tend to get lost in them. I love everything from the Disney Classics, FernGully, and the Flower Fairies from Cicely Mary Barker to Nightmare Before Christmas, The Corpse Bride and The Crow.
They are all dream worlds to me, they are all part of the fairy tale world in my head.

Things that inspire me are travels, books, movies, legends, myths, the circus, walking along the beach or in the woods, and many more things.
I love traveling! Especially to countries such as Ireland, Scotland and Norway with such rich, mystical history, you can just feel it in the air.
My whole life I've only ever been able to get lost in books and movies and dream about how the stories would go on.
Making my polymer clay and crochet jewelry is the first thing I've ever discovered that gives me that same feeling.

My grandmother and mother have taught me the basics of crochet and it's incredibly addictive! So relaxing, and again allows you to pick just any color you want. I love making jewelry with it and combining it with my polymer clay embellishments!
