The ending was a bitch: trying to come up with one that was emotionally satisfying but still in keeping with the Trek ideals...

I gotta write and say that your work has literally inspired me. I've been writing a series of original Trek fiction on usssurefoot.blogspot.co.uk with a Caitian starship captain in the lead, and your depictions of Sa'Rahn reflect so much of what I've tried to put into my own lead character of Hrelle, the humour and vulnerability and fun.
I know in recent posts you've written that real life has been keeping you busy (something I can sympathise with) but I was wondering if you would still consider a commission to create a header illustration for my blog? If not, I well understand, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to let you know your work is appreciated

Wow... I have to say I never thought my art would really "inspire" anybody. I really want to thank you for such kind words. I read over a bit of your fiction and I have to say it's quite good!
