Heh, it depends really... If you pick yes then you'd be ok with a 4 year old killing themselves just because they were upset with their family.
If you were to pick no, then you might try to stop everyone you see from killing themselves.
It always depends, yes they can decide if they want to but you can ALSO decide to stop them or not. In my opinion if their story has a good reason for them to do that, or if they can't listen to anything, then you should except it and let them finish what they started..
But if their story makes no sense or if they are listening then you have the chance to help them and give them new hope in their purpose in this world.

I was referring to people that are adults. I just didn't specify it in the title cause it would be to long. :"D I would never support someone who is too young to understand how big of a choice it is to do such a thing.
