I WILL NOT DRAW hardcore porn. This means I will not draw penetration or explicit scenes. I can draw a certain level of sexual intent but absolutely no penetration or fully naked persons. I will also not draw anything that will get me banned on DA.

You must pay the 50% before and the another 50% after receiving the commission.( It's not that I don't trust you personally, I just don't trust anyone on the internet. I know you can understand this.)

You can ask for the progress.

◕ When it comes to my digital works, I DO NOT do prints. I will however, e-mail you the high resolution file which you can print out yourself. (If you want me to do prints,then you have to pay for the shipping ^^)
◕I will be mailing the original picture to you ( if you asked for the traditional one ).
◕ I have the rights to use the commission art in my portfolio (or website) .
◕If you uses the image in a website or whatever, please: CREDIT ME.

◕ I send you the full sized drawing without my watermark.

Is there a TIME limit? You must, must let me know when you would like the picture done ahead of time. anything before a 2 week period is a $10 rush fee. :bademoticon:

Understand, I study/ and have a job -- I do not sit home every single day and draw. If you decide I'm 'taking too long' and you did not tell me when you would like the artwork -- it's your own fault. Not mine.
