He appears to be a Victorian gentleman, but hides an evil soul. A scientist specializing in mutagenesis and the creation of false gods, he himself is a quasi-divine being, immortal and corrupt. Manipulative, cruel and ambitious, he creates aberrations out of curiosity, not anger.

Beneath his refined smile, he's a pure villain with an infinite god complex.
