Speedpaint 10 AKA Alien Fish by DeepChrome Speedpaint 10 AKA Alien Fish by DeepChrome
Bored again after letting some nail polish dry so I'm all "Time for another speedpaint!" And I decided to try more of a dual-lighting vibe, or rather a "diffused yet varied lighting situation" or whatever you'd like to call it.

My random choice of background color landed on a teal, and after a while of messing about with various brushes, I decided "Ok let's try an underwater scene!"

More brushfun ensued, and a strange creature came out of some noodling with one brush, and then another...and now I have an alien fish in a not-quite-alien seascape. :D

Enjoy.

Photoshop CS3, Wacom Intuos3 6x8 tablet, around...2 and a half hours, I think.

Nice. This reminds me of the only part of Spore that I liked.

Hahaha, I've never played Spore. Seemed kinda boring so I wasn't interested. (The creature builder seemed the only cool part, except people were starting to bend the Rule 34 aspect of even that...)

Thanks. :)
