SYMPHONY OF BLUE by DeepChrome SYMPHONY OF BLUE by DeepChrome
Apophysis 2.02g, with a tweaked generic spiralize script. The original's this huge 3000 by something-thousand file, so I may squinch a print out of this. MAY.

The title came out of staring at all the intense blues--the cyan, the cerulean, the prussian (the nearly black), and so on.

The usual frame, border, text postwork done in Photoshop 7.0.

Thank you. Glad you liked it. And yeah, putting in the blues was fun. I like color, and won't hesitate to use it. And I hadn't done a good blue fractal in a while when I made this, so I felt like I had to do something about that. :)

Thank you. The really intense blue background was an experiment...similar to the intense magenta in ETHEREAL. I thought I'd try and make more fractals with strong colors in the background that would contrast and interplay with the fractal's colors. Glad to know this one seems to have worked. :D

That's a cool image to get out of a fractal. I used to love to swing as a kid...my favorite activity in the park would be finding the perfect swing, and then going back and forth, back and forth...

Glad you liked the image. :D

i generally render my prints at 4050X3150

this one looks nice, though a bit... edgy

How do you mean...edgy? Is it an issue with rendering quality or something else? Or is it a bit dark-mooded? I'm just curious to see your viewpoint.

4050x3150....NOW I'll remember the numbers. They kept going in one braincell and out another every time till now. Thanks.

Thanks. :) I'm not sure what to call 'em either. You probably named them as best as you could.
