Holiday Fractal 2008 by DeepChrome Holiday Fractal 2008 by DeepChrome
I was having fun fooling around with some old bipolar params of mine, and had a few new plugins to play with at the time.

This is what came out.

After some gradient help from *nightmares06, which turned out awesome, here we are. :D

Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!

Made in Apophysis 2.08, some touch-ups in Photoshop (mostly to get rid of grain and turn one pesky green spot white for benefit of the image).

It may look definitely Christmasy, but it looks like a lot of creepy things that you look under a microscope! Yikes! forgive me for saying that! But other than that it looks very traditionally!=D

It's okay, it is a bit of a weird fractal. :D

I gotta make another one of these--preferably shinier and less creepy, obviously. :D

Wow, I'm thinking of stained glass.
Or a tiled mosaic.

Either way, this is some wonderful work! :D
Love the pattern too. ;)

The colours are of course extremely festive, and have somewhat of an exciting air to them... like soda or champagne at a nice night club :giggle:

Hmm, with that in mind I could probably invent a Christmas-y mixer involving peppermint cream, Kahlua, Bailey's... :giggle:

Yeah, I could've probably titled this one Christmas Party. It would've fit. Thank you.

I'll probably make some more.

Kahlua, Vodka, and Cream. On the rocks :)

Keith says everyone makes them difference, and that's how he makes his.

Mmmmmh. :D That sounds tasty. Not sure about the vodka though. Every time I wind up with a vodka or a mixer involving vodka, it's a misadventure with odd-tasting vodka, and I know that vodka should be tasteless. Only one I liked was a vodka cooler with grape flavor. :(
