What if King Sombra took over Harvey Street?

I though of if King Sombra from My Little Pony were to take over Harvey Street (the main location from Harvey Street Kids), he would brainwash everyone who lives on the street (except for the Harvey Girls) as his minions. He would also used the brainwashed kids to go against the Harvey Girls as the Harvey Girls would now have to be the ones to free everyone from King Sombra's control.

Could any of you see that?
