At too long of a delay, Chapter 4 of Flowering Hearts for is finally here! Since the story is already long enough as it is, I've decided to split it into two parts. Part 1 is where Locke experiences a strange dream that somehow feels like a forgotten memory, though he decides to keep it to himself for the time being.
