Another regional form, and their evolved form (a new Pokémon).

Electric- and Fairy-types

Droves of these Pokémon are pretty helpful with electric devices, and can use the ends of their tails to charge devices like cellular phones. The Marill in Illon evolve from Azurill with high friendship, like their non-Illonese counterparts, but only if they’re within the Illon region. Like the Marill outside of Illon evolve into Azumarill, Illonese Marill evolve into Topazurill at Level 18. And, like Pikachu, Fizzeaver and Voltoaver, they’re electric rodents. They have the abilities Static or the new ability Toxic Drain, which renders Poison-type moves useless to them, and instead restores their HP. Some have Earth Eater as their hidden ability.
