I lost my parents to different forms of cancer at different times; my father in March 2019 to liver cancer induced by fatty liver disease, and my mother last May to ovarian cancer. Both were in their 70s. I'm going to make a stand that I don't lose anymore of my relatives to cancer.

I think you have forgotten the word “If” in the title, and the exclamation point at the end should be replaced with an ellipsis (…). Ergo, "If t-t-t-that DUCK is gone this time…".
