I try to run it after following tutorials but I get this massage
You must have PHP installed! Change the file path in ~/phpbin to the correct

It means that you didn't install PHP properly. By default, you install it in C:\php. if you install it anywhere else, you have to edit phpbin in your Contra folder.
I did put it in C:/php
Did you try reinstalling php? Maybe you didn't install it properly?
Well, the problem arose when I tried changing the directer in the .txt file
The PHP download links don't work ;-;
