To think this is happening during Twitter's drama and DA's mature flag bug that's still unresolved. I'm not the type of user to share news like this, but this is important. Yesterday, a lot of users were leaving DeviantArt to not be subjected to the site's abrupt implementation of it's AI generator called "DreamUp". Initially, ALL deviations on this whole site were automatically opted-in to let datasets use our art to train AI tools. And the fact is that they did not warn anyone. It was really bad on Twitter when the news broke out, and everyone was calling out the DA admins. Since then, they later updated the site so all our deviations are automatically opted out from being used for AI images. But the fact that they screwed up horribly with this announcement about DreamUp makes me and a lot others have a hard time trusting them anymore. For the time being, I'm still going to remain on DA as it's very difficult for me to just leave after being a member in this community for 13 years.

Edit: Might be a rumor, but it may seem that the site is automatically flagging anything it thinks is "mature" when they are clearly not. Someone mentioned it may be that they're trying to add more ads to the site which is why everyone's galleries are affected. It's been a while, but I noticed something odd when browsing my own gallery while logged out. A few of my work has been flagged as mature content for non-DeviantArt members. I went into the edits of these pieces, and I do not see the mature content box checked. The thing is that there's very few pieces in my gallery that I marked as "mature" intentionally. So, I don't know if this is some filtering issue with the site if it just assumes any of my work is mature despite them being obviously for everyone. Is this just me or is anyone else dealing with the same issue?
