BladeLadies - Lady Jess

Pointy eh?

Mistakes: The shining of the words "Emo Killer VII" on the swords don't correspond to the shining of the blade itself very well. It would've been better have it go along with the blade rather than trying to make it look like it was carved into the sword. Also, the shining of the blade becomes a bit too much at the bottom.

Adressing: Artstyle. If you can, tell me which parts should have been made pointy and which parts should have been made smooth. I tried different things here and there with the smooth and the pointy, but I need feed back for the next series of BladeLadies. (oh yes, the initial seven won't be the only ones).

This was the very first one I drew. This was the one I drew in the little black sketchbook. She actually looked a bit different. Her "hell-met" had a brick pattern with no other design. She also had a lance arm and the large sword, a cape, and pointy spike boots. When I drew her again, I changed the hell-met's desiing to the one you see now. I removed the cape and the lance arm. With the boot, they were also changed to what you see now. The hair was finally added in this drawing here.

The sword is an obvious reference to Cloud's sword, right down to "Emo Killer VII" being carved into the sword. I did change it up by having mock blood on the handle. I probably should've added dried blood on parts of the sword to show how many lustful men she has slain. Idea for the future?
