At least… that'd been the plan. The rest of the resources team hadn't been fond of the idea of course… letting their leader's daughter off into the wilderness seemed like a stupid idea. But… it wasn't far. And she was an adult. Renowned for her ability to sneak around and pop out of no where. Sure one or two of the others had suggested that two of them go but with so many heavy bags it hadn't seemed feasible. Especially with two of their blacksmiths to protect. And yet. Now they were kicking themselves. But with little choice to heed the hybrids words and hope she'd be waiting for them back with the border patrol they were due to meet with. And if not? They'd have to cross that bridge when they got there. Running head first after her would make a waste of their days hard work. And she'd probably just gotten waylaid climbing a cool tree in typical Ella fashion…
