I came across the book Prom Changed Everything featuring your art on the cover, simply because I did a reverse image search of the profile image associated with the twitter account karen_cober.  Let's just say the content shared by this user maybe something you would not appreciate having your art connected with.

I'm not sure if you did license the following site to offer free downloads of your work, if you did, not sure if that allows this twitter account to also use your art: wallpaperscraft.com/wallpaper/red_hair_beauty_smile_look_nice_girl_hair_perfection_33305.

Just thought you would like to know.

Well, there is many websites and people who used my artwork. Some of them ask me allowing to use it, but most of them, of course, don't. I have no way to fight it.
I was asked about utilized pic for the cover of some book, but I definitely did not give permission to use it for an avatar on any twitter account or so. Thank you for your investigation!
Thanks for the reply.  I just became curious about twitter accounts, and there are quite a few, that are using various images that I hoped were not associated with the actual user.  I randomly selected two accounts and tried to find the source of their twitter account profile images.  One appears to be from Plenty of Fish and the other was your work which I first found on the book cover you mentioned.  The author did indeed state they had contacted to get permission from you and that was how I found that you were the artist.

One thing you could do, is contact twitter and state that you are the artist, and you did not license the use of your work as a twitter profile.  Twitter's terms suggest that copyright infringement is not allowed when it comes to the twitter account's profile picture.  Of course I leave that for you to decide.

Kind regards,
John
