WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

It's super important to bring SHEER (no control top) flesh tone complete nylons AND a USB key of minimum 2GB.

Eveything else is optional since we have a large wardrobe from sizes S to XXXL. Most people like to bring some lingerie or a pair of awesome heels! Bring what makes you happy, we'll do something awesome with it.

WHAT THE F*@&K IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PROOF SHEET AND A HI-RES DIGITAL COPY?

This comes up a lot! The difference is simple. A PROOF SHEET looks like the image below on your screen, if you print it, put it online, whatever you do with it the photos will always be together on the sheet as you see below. You'll get 1-10 digital sheets like this depending on your session with a grouping of 18 or so images per page.

A HI-RES Digital Copy is basically the original JPEG or RAW file of each individual photo that can be printed, put online or whatever you'd like to do with it. You are not restricted to printing it with 18 other images or restrained by small formats. Hell, you can make wallpaper out of it if you'd like. With this option you can view and print each individual image as you see below:

POLICY FOR DEPOSITS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

All deposits and gift certificates and exchangeable but NON reimbursable. We're sorry for this inconvenience but unfortunately it's happened too many times that people haggle the prices, we book all the makeup artists, videographers etc... and then we're called to cancel. Please pay your deposit once you're positive of your date/group/attendance/your stars are alligned/whatever. Of course, should something tragic happen or for some reason you are unable to attend - we will happily give you credit, in full, for any other service we offer. Cancellations under 48 hours are subject to loss of deposit, unfortunately. Thank you for your understanding.

Why do I even have to put this in the FAQ guys?! I'm not making you come to the studio, it's totally your choice to be here. Like, if you want to negociate something - sure, don't be shy. But don't start off demanding free stuff because you drove here from Laval (I swear I can't even make this stuff up).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY RETOUCHED IMAGES?

If you have time, I'll take a half hour after your session to retouch your images with you. Otherwise you can always make an appointment to come back in for your retouched images. It's as simple as that.

If you send your images in via email/text/etc... and you used a coupon you are subject to the triage which is a minimum 3 week to 6 month wait. Coupon or no coupon you are always welcome to come in person and have your retouches done the same day.

YOU GUYS ARE HARD TO REACH BY PHONE! HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSION?

We're sorry. We know we're hard to reach. We know our flaws and we will always accept past-date gift certificates as a result of this. Please keep in mind we're a 2 person team to craft and design the sets, mend and sew the costumes, do the hair and makeup, photograph the clients, retouch the pictures and manage the social media sites. If we're not answering that means a client is getting 100% of our attention - we're not just being assholes. Rest assured though, that when you come in, you will also get 100% of our attention and care.

The best time to call is Thursday to Saturday from 2pm to 8pm- if the line is busy or we're unable to respond please try again in a few moments. Otherwise pass by the studio during the same hours to take your appointment in person!
