This was me and Levar Burton in Louisville, KY at Fandom Fest. He got a chance to see my original drawing of his alter ego Geordie Laforge from Star Trek the Next Generation.
Aww, how fun! Was he nice in person?
It had been a long day at the show for both of us, But he was nice to speak with, we got to talk for a bit. He really enjoyed my artwork I did of him. So, we both left with a good feeling that day.
Aww, that's fun! Always good when "good guys" turn out to be played by nice people!
I agree, it wonderful when they live up to your idea of what they should be like in real life. But that's not always the case when you meet people you have watched for years. I can say that for the most part I have always had good meetings at shows when actors have come by my booth, or I have gone to theirs.
