Can a 5th grader use this for the background of a poster contest?

Hi, thank you for the texture! <3 I used it in the cover picture of my nanowrimo2012 novel. I might still edit the cover by adding the name of the novel when I actually have a name for it but I'll link the actual cover to you now so that I won't forget! :) [link]
sorry for the terrible job

Would have asked permission first but was running kinda short on time. But thanks. :worship:
Didn't think I would find any great flames to use, but then I found yours. Hope you like what I've done using them.

Hey, I'd really like to use this texture for a project I'm doing in class (I'm studying Graphic Design). Project will only be shown in class and will not be used in outside exhibitions or for profit. Please let me know if I have permission?

Thanks so much!Just for background sake: Project is to design the whole campaign for a new chilli sauce (ads, labels, promotions, the works). I want to use this stock in a magazine ad I'm designing. It consists of a woman dragging a chilli over her body and she starts sweating where the chilli touches. I want to use this stock image as the background image. Will let you know when it's finished! Thanks again! :)
