In the many worlds that shine down like a million lanterns, there are those who are affiliated with either Xeph's peaceful uniting cause or Xhan's horrific conquest, but there are also those who aren't afflicted in one way or another, either just not committed at the moment, have other duties or are not to stay in either Xeph's or Xhan's respective homes of operations due to important reasons or circumstances. They are allies and enemies with no correlation at the moment, but will be there to either help or hinder both sides in they're respective roles. In The Land of Reunion, There is more to it then just what the previous version, The Land of Departure had; there are what Xeph calls; Centers of Unity.
