Although it is acceptable to assume that this DeviantART account is mostly pushing daisies. But who knows? Hi there, I am Mara Li, a Dutch Young Adult Fantasy and thriller author, and I have deleted many old “artworks” that no one on the Internet needs to see, replacing them with some more recent work. I can almost guarantee long stretches of inactivity here. I don’t always take enough time for painting, and most of my creative time is consumed by writing, novel deadlines and my job as a writing coach. Sooo… I cleaned up the old gallery real and good. Lots of dust sitting around there. Moved a few things to Scrapbook and deleted most of the old scrapbook deviantions. And well, I thought a slightly newer blog entry would be nice. I'm hardly around here anymore, mind you :) I don't really have the time or the patience to draw anything…All my creative energy usually goes to writing my novel, but I recently discovered that I kinda miss just sketching and doing easy little bits of work. So I might try to just doodle around a bit more!
