The edges on the tiles. How would you do that? With a extrusion? Anyway, good looking bathroom.
The tiles are done with diffuse and normal maps only.

Oh thank you so much. I'm in the middle of training in maya. We are currently building a room with furniture for our assignment. That's why your bathroom got my attention. But boy if you let me have those textures I could put them to good use lol.

The principles are the same. I will be sharing the textures tomorrow and you should be able to use them to create similar materials in Maya.
