TCC = Tetsuko Cosplay Calendar

Okay; without a doubt THE most obscure character ever featured in a TCC. She made ONE appearance, in ONE cartoon (from Disney!), and her super heroine incarnation doesn't even have a name. (Her alter-ego is called "Miss Smith" by her boss.) The only superpowers we see her manifest are flight, and the ability to materialize exploding trick cigars from thin air.

Back in 1957, the Walt Disney Studios produced a series of programs for its Disneyland TV series concerning the then-exciting and unknown world of manned space exploration. The third installment, "Mars And Beyond", incorporated some of the most experimental, stylized and just downright hilarious animation ever produced by the Disney Studios. Here's the relevant excerpt, starting at about 4:15.

And no, I have no idea what the "V" on her chest stands for. An homage to the original Miss Victory, perhaps?
