So a little while ago I got a Nikon D5000 as a gift. Originally i wanted it just for photo documentation of my cakes and pastries. But after just a short little while i started experimenting with a few other things. So I got this really cool airbrush for christmas. Its the Iwata Eclipse. Great brush, though its not like I have anything to compare it to since I've never used one before lol. I've taken to it rather well. Easy to use, easy to clean. I wanted it to use for my cakes. It saves me SOOO much time colouring I don't know what I did without it. Simply put, trying to colour my cakes before was a long process. I had to take a small amount of fondant or gumpaste, add the colour gels, them knead it until uniform in colour. Now, all I have to do is add about half the amount of gel to a little vodka or gin and go nuts with the airbrush. I ca...
