Some of an idea, in keeping with what we know of Starfleet aesthetics, as to what uniforms by look like in 2410. 

Note:  The medscan built into the buckle is part of a network integrated into the uniform which not only keeps 'tabs' on the individual wearer but can deliver emergency, automated first aid.  These are linked especially to a quincorder--the successor of the tricorder--which can give a doctor or nurse detailed medical readouts.  Quincorders are worn on the forearm and among other things can generate low level shields around an individual as well as function as a more traditional tricorder.
