Sir Stefan and Traddlaq LOGLINE Sir Stefan is a knight in medieval fantasy Europe (1000-1200). In his quests, adventure, servitude…he makes the acquaintance of Traddlaq the semi-dragon a lindwurm (wyrm). Due to the majority of dragons being seemingly exterminated, Traddlaqseeks human protection. Typical of ancient lore, the semi-dragon elects him as his appointed human (who curses him), with the ability to telepathically communicate with him. The two then willingly or unwillingly, commit to a collaborative relationship. Sir Stefan, really with no apparent choice in the matter reluctantly accepts his forced request. BACKGROUND STORY Sir Stefan was involved in aiding in a neighboring Lord’s efforts in warding off marauders who had begun to threaten the Lord’s outlining borders. Due to this particular Lord’s lands neighboring his own native land and lands of his own Lord, he willingly joined a mounting army who set off to thwart the marauders evil and unlawful plans. The wind blew through Eivra’s hair like a storm as she skimmed over the forest beneath her at what many would consider breakneck speed. Under her, it almost seemed like the treetops were melting together into one solid mass of green, only interrupted here and there by the occasional clearing. Not only did her tempo make her short black hair, usually resting on her shoulder, lash behind her like a mane, but it also gave her this stinging sensation of coldness across her face, which she had grown so accustomed to over the years. In fact, it was almost enough to counteract the intense heat radiating from the midday sun sitting far above in a cloudless sky, which had just reached its zenith. In this region, even on the tropical peninsula, people would usually retreat into their homes to escape the oppressive heat. They would go for some leisure pursuit or craft that could be easily done inside. Though some of the villagers simply opted for a relaxing midday nap to pass the hottest hours.

Gab is a forest-dwelling sapient creature that somewhat resembles a bear mixed with a giant ground sloth. She is roughly 13 feet tall, and she has a large head, a short neck, a large and robust torso, large arms and legs, and a short thick tail. Almost her entire body is covered in short mottled brown fur, except for her head, which is almost entirely covered in tough bony armor. Her torso is barrel-shaped with a rounded belly, broad shoulders, and a wide pelvis. Her arms resemble the arms of a giant ground sloth, while her legs are more like the legs of a bear. Her hands are vaguely human-like with four large fingers and an opposable thumb on each hand, and her feet are bear-like with five toes on each foot. Almost all of her features are similar to the features of a Yian Garuga, but her tail is 9 feet long and tapers to a small bulbous rounded tip with four 8 inch long jointed slightly curved spikes on the tips. She has a 16 foot wingspan, and her wings are identical to Yian Garuga wings, with 6 inch long claws on the ends of her first three wing digits. Her head and arms are human-like, but she has sharp bony spikes in place of teeth, and she also has a row of small sharp teeth behind the bony spikes. Her bone "teeth" are dark grey, while her real teeth are translucent white. She has a long pointed tongue. Unlike the traditional depiction of an Ahk'lut, she cannot shapeshift, and she looks more like an orca than a wolf, although she still has four strong, thick legs that let her walk on land. Her front paws have five webbed fingers with opposable thumbs, while her back paws have four webbed toes. Her fingers and toes are all tipped with large, thick claws that resemble bear claws and are composed of a bony core covered in keratin.
