Now that that's out of the way, welcome back to the second part of my review of Chris Niosi's original animated series TOME: Terrain of Magical Expertise. Like the previous TOME Review, I'll be covering all the episodes and shorts that have come out within the course of one year. In this case, the all-but-finished 2012 and the 3rd, 4th, and 5th episodes, as well as the accompanying shorts.
But before that, there's something I want to make clear: I'm not making this review simply to poke holes or discourage Niosi from continuing this series, despite the complaints I've made (and will continue to make as you read on), I love what he's done with the show so far and he's clearly showing signs of improvement.
