Ryo Saeba - City Hunter - Lonely Lullaby

Ryo: "She always uses me." 

Akira: [Scoffs] "No kidding! " 

Ryo: "Once she employed us to be her bodyguard. And at the end she imposed me a lot of extra stuff that weren't in the contract..." 

Akira: [Gripping his fist tightly] "Yeah... It still haunts my dreams..." 

Mikami: [Worried what her cousin had done to Ryo and her boyfriend Akira] "I'm afraid to ask but... What did Cousin Saeko do?" 

Ryo: [Flashes back to when Saeko left him and Akira on the Himalayas as the two are running for their lives from an avalanche] "She abandoned us in a forsaken place somewhere in the Himalayas!!" 

Mikami: [Eyes widen in horror and shock] "SHE DID WHAT?!" [Even Kaori looked shocked] 

Ryo: "And without even paying the bonus that was in the contract!" 

Akira: "Not to mention we nearly died from an avalanche... And we escaped from something far worse..." [Has a thousand-yard stare] 

Mikami & Kaori: [Both gulp] "Something... Worse?" 

Ryo: [Has a thousand-yard stare as well] "Yes... We had encountered...." [Flashback shows Ryo and Akira encountering the Yeti] "THE ABOMINABLE SNOWMAN!!!" 

[Frank Welker creature sound effect] 

Mikami & Kaori: [Both give Ryo and Akira deadpan expressions that say they don’t believe them] "... Really?" 

Ryo: “They don’t believe us.” 

Akira: "HE'S REAL I TELL YOU!!" [Then starts to go into a flashback] 

[Flashback scene sequences starts] 

Akira: [Narrating] “We thought the avalanche was the worst of it... But we were so wrong.” 

[Scene shows Akira and Ryo managed to make it out of the avalanche, the two both shivering, as they stumble through the blizzard] 

[Wind howling] 

[Whoosh] 

[Then they stumbled upon what looked like a giant footprint] 

Akira: [Gulps while shivering] “I-I-Is that w-what I thi-think it is, Cousin?” 

Ryo: [Shivering] “I h-hope n-not!” 

[Then a massive shadow looms over them] 

Akira & Ryo: [Both turn around and their faces turn a really ghostly pale as their jaws dropped to the snowy ground] 

[Emerging from the cold blizzard wind was the Yeti] 

Yeti: [Eyes blazing and roars with a classic Frank Welker creature sound effect] “RRRAAAARRRGHHHH!” 

[Frank Welker Creature sound effect] 

Akira: “In the immortal words of the great confused...” [Then he and Ryo start running for their lives] 

Ryo & Akira: “RUN LIKE HELL!!!” 

[Fwhoosh] 

Yeti: [Roars and chases after them] “RRRRGH!!” 

[Frank Welker creature sound effect] 

[Scene shows a montage of Akira/Spider-Man and Ryo fighting the Yeti, one montage scene shows Spider-Man webbing the Yeti in the face, one scene shows Ryo comically throwing snowballs and even a rock at the Yeti] 

[Twhip] 

[Frank Welker Creature Sound effect] 

[Snowball splat] 

Ryo: [Narrating] “We had to fight with tooth, nails, and our fists against that freaking snowman!” 

[Scene shows Spider-Man and Ryo being cornered by the Yeti and near a gorge] 

Spider-Man: “Any ideas, cousin?” 

Ryo: [Notices the gorge and has a plan] “Yeah!” [Then gives the Yeti the finger] “Come and get it, monkey butt!” 

Yeti: [Pissed off and charges at them] 

[Frank Welker Creature Sound effect] 

Spider-Man: [Looking at his cousin as if he has lost his mind] “THAT’S YOUR PLAN?! Making it more pissed off as it is already?!” 

Ryo: “Wait for it!” [The Yeti is about within reach] “NOW SCATTER!” [He and Spider-Man jump out of the way as the Yeti ends up falling into the gorge] 

Yeti: [Roaring as it falls into the darkness of the gorge] 

[Frank Welker creature sound effect] 

Spider-Man & Ryo: [Watch as the Abominable Snowman disappears into the gorge] 

Spider-Man: [Takes off his mask and in a deadpan tone] “Next time Saeko offer us a job that involves places with supposed legends like say Loch Ness, remind me to say no.” 

Ryo: “You and me both.” 

[Flashback scene sequences end] 

Akira: “When we got back to Japan, we complained to Saeko about it, but she didn’t believe us about the Yeti part!” 

Kaori: [Gives the two a skeptical look] “Are you sure you two didn’t imagine it from mountain sickness?” 

[Both Akira and Ryo both sulk their heads realizing that Mikami and Kaori don’t believe them about encountering the Yeti] 

[Gloom] 

[Gong] 

Mikami: [Sighs with her arms crossed] “I’m going to have a few words with cousin Saeko about leaving you two in the Himalayas.” 

Ryo: "Even in this kind of situation, I'm blinded because of this bonus... It happens many times!" 

Akira: "That's why I keep telling you to turn Saeko down! Cause I am not doing another bodyguard job that involves us returning to the Himalayas!! I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS SAEKO!!!" 

Kaori: "For you to be in this kind of situation, what kind of bonus was it, Ryo?" 

Mikami: "Yeah?" 

Ryo: "...." 

Akira: [Sighs] "You don't want to think about it too hard, girls..." 

Kaori: [Realizes what Akira is talking about and pulls out her hammer] "Yeah, don't answer me, Ryo, I think I understand...." 

Mikami: [Straps on her high-tech bracelet] "Same here..." [And starts powering it up] 

Ryo: "But how could I not forgive her?" 

Akira: [Deadpan expression] "A possible reunion with the snowman in Nepal, Cousin?" 

Ryo: [Snaps out of it] "Oh yeah."
