My Bio
A 3D/traditional artist who has actually made it to be a PA over at Daz; so much for being a beginner-but I still see myself as no where near professional status. ;)

Gothic, horror, fantasy, sci-fi; why not?

Traditional works I do as well; oils, pencil, pen, acrylics. Realistic, comic book, not as good as some I've seen here and elsewhere, but inspiration is drawn from several just on DA alone.

Commission work is an option if one wishes to ask; please feel free.

MP3 player of choice: *Snort* My phone.
Shell of choice: Crab!
Wallpaper of choice: Anything that peels and screams?
Skin of choice: Mine, preferably.
Favorite cartoon character: ...Bugs.
Personal Quote: People say I have a distinct way of brightening any room I walk into; It's called Arson and those People are called Witnesses.

So I made a little freebie called the KittieGlobe  for Studio out of fun, and the response has been very positive. So, I made a little poll: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/237921/darwins-schtuff-pt-deux#latest

Thank you!  He was, at times, almost not released due to issues when working on the tattoos.  Very glad I was able to finish him.
Well I for one am much better for him being released, as I am sure everyone else is. His tattoos were a major selling point, though not to be overshadowed how absolutely stunning he looks in the pinstripe suit. Wow...just wow!

Aw, thank you for the kind words.  I do appreciate that people enjoy my work. ;)
My biggest wish....would be that you could teach a master class in how you create the figures that you do on Digital Arts Live. it would sell phenominally. I would buy the whole series in a second. There is no one out there that teaches this. Just a thought. just a dream.

I offered to do a written tutorial when they approached me, but so far they haven't taken me up on it.  Which is fine.  I don't have a mic anymore, and really don't want to get one to be honest.  It is an idea I've tossed around, believe me.  Just do not have time to work on something that intensive in between making my products-but it is up there in my "to do" list. :D
I'm not asking for trade secrets, but what program do you use to skin models and where do you get skins? I've seen on 3DSK(?) a long time ago where they basically sell flat-packed people reference photos. I never knew what this was for, but I am assuming it is to rig the skins for video games. This is something I would like to get into in the future, but where does one start? I use Z-Brush and Marvelous Designer a lot these days to get better at it, and I often wonder where all this learning is heading. I can't find any really good tutorials on building models and rigging the skins...just wondering if you might have a few suggestions as to a starting block.
