The man was in full-body Mandalorian metal armor, which was charred plain gray again from impacts and detonations between its own bright surgical green and whites. The greaves and bracers sported the miniature points of a built in flamethrower and small rockets. A blue shirt met slightly above the metal collar, and scratches and burns met along his breastplate. His face was one of those made to look stern in normal repose under his close cut brown spiky hair. The military trim matched his cleanshaven face.

He wasn't very large, either by human or Mandalorian standards, but not short, either. A middle tall, made slightly-under-tall by the armor. Five nine or so, really, six foot even fully armored. He held his helmet in his left arm, tucked by his hip; his right one held a plant green, vaguely flowered lightsaber, the blade every bit as orange as his helm's visor.

He was a normal enough looking human man, unscarred, unlined, barely in his mid-twenties. Plain mousey brown hair and walnut brown eyes, the kind of face you might see on any street and forget quickly without a reason to remember it. He was hardly strikingly handsome or anything, but for all the metal and indoctrination, he was human. He was slightly pale in skin tone from being in armor continually, and indoors often otherwise, as his career was that of a healer more than a fighter.

Being ever so slightly a cat hybrid, his chin and ears were ever so slightly pointed, and his eyebrows long but thin. His face was slightly angular. He was, finally, what might be referred to as a skinny-boy; lean, otherwise.

In answer to helpful questions:

Hmmm. Describing Mandalorian body armor is difficult, but let me try to give an attempt at it.

The helmet is called bucket shaped but is actually more bell-like, usually. It's domed at the top and comes down in a roughly circular straight helmet around the head, with the front end being slightly longer then the back. Most of it is plain metal, but there are radio-antennae on the sides in boxy, long formation, and the front of it is dominated by a long T-shaped visor that gives it a distinctive 'face' or lack of one.

In Keiran's case, this visor is a burning orange of the mandarin persusion, though it's often blue, black, or green.

There are also usually decorative sigils or paint on said metal; Keiran's helmet is surgical gown green, with the T visor's ridges painted a clean, stark white around the glass.

As for the rest of the armor, that varies in presentation most of the time. You have partial suits, which consist of kneeplates, guantlets, forarm plates, boots, breastplates, and a helmet; sometimes partial suits have even less then that, consisting of parts of the mentioned. It's formfitting, for the most part, and one-piece solid affairs, not chain-link or mesh.

In Keiran's case, it's the full-suit instead, with the breastplate adjoined along small paldroons and armplates to the gauntlets, the breastplate extended to the mid-waist, and leg plates meeting the knee plates from mid waist down to metal boots up.

Mannerisms.

He tends to be compelled to heal people, so twitching or a look like he's going to run off at any moment would make sense. He doesn't hunch so much as he does compress himself; pride he reserves for self-introspective moments.

More accurately, for all Keiran tries to be silent and proud like befits a Mandalorian personality in a company of outsiders, he's actually a cuddler. He's not the housecat that scorns you in the window, but the declawed one that shamelessly jumps on your leg and begs you for attention to the point of demanding. ... Metaphorically speaking.

///

Healer for him tends to mean both. He's got training in actual physical medicine, but he uses magic- or, rather, the Force, same difference really- to heal most of the time. It's his only Force power, actually. Couldn't list a pencil, couldn't wipe a rat's mind, only lightning he's ever thrown was a static shock from carpet.

But he can fix tumors and cancers with the Force. That's plenty impressive enough.
///

Cat hybrid is a sore point with him. :S He has no tail, no kitty whiskers, no claws, no distinctive ears, no fur... he really, reaaaally wanted a tail. All he got were mannerisms, and most of those are either instinctive noises or habits.

... Yes he will chase ice or rodents.
Pulled from Scraps.

Advice, commentary, or suggestions on how to refine the details/process are welcome.

Mnem, tell me if I forgot anything.

... The picture is Keiran, by Raxion, but if I want it done better I need to pay the good fellow what he's worth. ((Has no cash at the second))

He tries so hard. <3 Lyssia loves her kitty, though, so it makes it worth pretty much anything I put him through (for him) to continue the story.

Togorian, actually. Nothing like a Neko, though hybrid human/Togorian children might feasibly retain cattish traits.

Think tigers.

Tigers or panthers bigger than Wookiees.

With thumbs and claws.

That stand on two legs, talk, and kill things.

I hope they come out at least somewhat cute like I see them...sometimes you try to think of something and it looks very cool in your head but then it turns out like...well..not what you expected ^^;

Then again, everyone has their own interpretation.

Oh, yes, terribly effective warriors. They've a long history of gallivanting as armored and near invincible Mandalorians, or as space pirates, or as Jedi...

Possibly, but the Mando'ade tend to be a culture and religion, rather than a species. Mandalorian Jedi are really almost an oxymoron, because the fighting styles, training methods, beliefs, and emotional uses tend to be totally different-

You can usually count on it that if you find a Mandalorian Jedi, they were a Jedi first and then became a Mandalorian. :p :shrug:
