Commission Xadro by DarthVengeance0325 Commission Xadro by DarthVengeance0325
:iconwhiteguardian: makes grand work. :) He was kind enough to do this for me. :D Seriously, friends- consider him for your commissioning desires. He's friendly. He'll work with you. And he'll try his very best to make it what you want.

This was his take on Xadro- and the old man cleans up well. ;p

Xadro is one of my Mandalorian characters. He's a seventy year old human man, a former drunk, and still a currently-employed berserker. His job, in a nutshell, is to kill large swathes of people, be they civilian or criminal or law enforcement. An assassin is precise and a good one is never caught performing or fleeing the action; a berserker, on the other hand, is a very visible and relentless warrior who will fight until dead or the foe has fallen.

Mandalorian battle armor and decades of practice help with the killing, of course, but he's still getting on in years and he's a fair number of issues to deal with besides his scars.

Possibly more importantly, Xadro is the Clan's Ba'Buire, or "Grandparent", in this case Grandpa. He's something of a patrarch, is Lyssia's adopted father (or her buir), and is both life-skills and combat instructor to his ad'ike's adikaast- his little ones' little ones, or his 'grandchildren', though technically speaking they don't share any of his blood. Nor do their parents.

Mandalorians, however, are well known to compulsively adopt and to consider adoptees every bit as much a family member as a child they spawned personally.

In the short answer, Xadro is "Crazy fighting grandpa". Despite the ravages of years, he's still got quite an impressive physique and metabolism for his age, and all the blows to the head have completely warded off senility! ;p

xD I'd kind of like to see him meet Urungor, though they're very different. Urungor doesn't kill people so much as capture and sell them, and there's the whole 'pieces of his personality are from Long John Silver' deal with the way he approaches leadership and his scariness and his genial-ness. But yeah, Xadro sounds like fun.

:meow: I 'ope so. I actually rather like him as a character, though originally he was just going to be an expendable extra. He made himself more.

"But Xadro, that's not the standardized Supercommando armor of our era!"

Xadro: @_@

If he wants to go for traditional customization and he's rich enough at the time to do it, and muscled enough to overcome argument... well, I suppose he's gotten away with it.

You seem fond of adding an N to Xadro's name, dear one. *checks* That's thrice now. :3 Maybe if he ever has a son somehow I'll be stealing that name. Just have it be a father-son thing from generation to generation. Xa, Xad, Xado, Xadro, Xandro, Xandros...

That fun aside (And I think I like that~) Xadro does love his long-term tools. ;p Color coding them to him, even. It does make him more likely to be caught if he loses one in a crime, though.
