(Open Species) (F2U) Tarael Profile Base

EDIT: This base is now F2U! Due to the ongoing desire to make Tarael as open of a species as possible, this base is now free for people to use as they like to create profiles for their Tarael characters

So many months ago I had created a version of this base using Painter Tool Sai, and it was available as a sai and PSD file. In the last month or so I've been increasingly growing fond of using Adobe Illustrator though, so I've gone back to remake the file into one that's friendly for those who use Illustrator!
