Deus Ex Feed Reader update

The RSS/Notes skin is looking more or less done. I changed the feed switcher buttons on the right. You can now either click directly on a button to change the feed, or you can scroll up or down to cycle through them. Hovering the mouse over a button shows the name of the feed. This skin will require the Rainmeter 3.0 beta, since it uses new features only available in that version to give the web parser dynamic variables.
