Arcanexus: Chapter Three
Ace spun around at the knight’s voice, his eyes widening when they landed on his younger brother. “Lucius!” he yelled, abandoning his futile attempt to get past the guards and running toward him.
“You’re okay!” Ace grabbed Lucius by the shoulders, looking him over for any injuries. “What happened? How did you get away?”
He can’t know, Vyraris warned, his voice a deep growl in Lucius’s mind.
Then what was he supposed to tell him?
You got away after the crate teleportation and ran for it, running into a woman who pulled you into… He stopped as Lucius instinctively started writing his own story in his mind. Okay, I’m impressed. Yeah, do that one.
“They took me straight to one of those teleportation crates you told me about, and as soon as the griffin let go of me, I booked it, somehow dodging the griffins, and ran into the closest alley,” Lucius started. “I ran into a woman who pulled me behind her as she fired some kind of explosion spell at Marissa, then brought me into her house to

Arcanexus: Prologue
“Oh, come on, it can’t be that hard!”
“You try it then!”
Valia forcefully placed the magical bow in Derek’s hand and stepped aside. Her brother took it with his usual grin and took stance. When he pulled the string back, an arrow magically appeared, and after a second of aiming, he released.
The arrow soared across the open field and landed almost directly in the middle of the target twenty-five feet away. The target Valia had fired at countless times and had only succeeded in hitting twice in the past four days.
Derek smirked at her and handed back the bow. “See? Easy!”
She glared at him as she set the bow on a wooden table. “Show off,” she spat.
He raised both hands in mock submission. “I guess I’m just that good.”

Another lil' story I made...
Aperture Restored
Created by a Weirdo/Fan of Portal and Portal 2
(Okay, most of the credit goes to ChatGPT, but still!)
Part One: “Exploration”
The abandoned corridors of Aperture Laboratories lay cloaked in silence and disrepair. Since Chell’s dramatic exit, the facility had been left in a state of disarray, with only the occasional whir of dormant machinery breaking the stillness. Jessica Ramirez, driven by her curiosity and expertise in robotics, had ventured into the facility, unaware of the imminent dangers awaiting her.
As Jessica navigated through the desolate corridors, she stumbled upon a functioning test chamber where Atlas and P-Body were actively engaged in cooperative testing. She watched from a hidden vantage point, fascinated by the advanced technology in operation. However, her curiosity led her to move closer, and a sudden misstep caused her to fall into the chamber.
The loud noise immediately attracted the attention of both GLaDOS and the robots. GLaDOS’s voice

You could use your knowledge of the scroll and the prophecy to help plan the safest route, ensuring that your team avoids known dangers. Or, you could focus on gathering supplies and resources, making sure that your team is well-equipped to handle whatever challenges lie ahead.
