So we can all agree that so far 2020 has been a bit of a dumpster fire... I've had some personal issues that have effected available my on-line time as well as my opportunities to do some of my work with XNA. Starting in May, my four-legged best buddy, Jack, got sick and started to have his over all quality of life deteriorate. While we did everything we could with our Vet to treat his issues, it came down to the fact that he was almost 15 years old (which is old for any dog... even a Beagle) and his body was just tired out. On July 16th, four days before his 14th adoption day, Jack crossed the rainbow bridge. I held him as he passed... For the better part of a month, we were a dog less household. I had plenty of time to talk to my wife (yeah... she SEEMS like a nice person, a bit fruity, but in a fun kind of way), and we decided it was time to look at some dogs and puppies on an adoption site. After a bit of time looking we found Bandit... at our local SPCA, about two miles away.
