Alright so a little context: I've been clinging to old DA for as long as possible, since it if isn't broken, there's no reason to fix it. Old DA had its problems, but it was around for years and years and there was no problem with the actual UI, as far as I was concerned. It was all in how the algorithm searched for, and featured art. Now they've removed the old version forever and introduced so many unnecessary changes. It "looks nice", sure, but as with so much modernization effort, it sacrifices usability for aesthetic. I feel handicapped using it, and I think this is just the final straw for me on this site. Rest assured I'll let you all know when and if I decide to move elsewhere. I've been thinking of making a website and hosting on that so something like this doesn't happen anymore, but that requires a lot of time and effort. I had an idea for a show where some people create a machine that allows them to enter people's brains and manually "defeat" negative ideas and thoughts, all of which are manifested as villains in one way or another. It also explores some of the ramifications of having this technology in the first place. I'm putting this here to ask if anyone has an interest because I'm starting to move away from DA as a primary source of input. At this point I'd only do it if people actually wanted to see it. Otherwise I'll stick with different sites.

My printer contracted the large stupid so all 3 of you are gonna have to make do with screencapped images for now. None of that fancy-necromancy scanned stuff. EDIT: It's somehow reached into the dark depths of printer bureaucracy and fixed itself so I guess we're good.
