Glass Ship by darkrune Glass Ship by darkrune
Finished only a few seconds before the picture was taken. I'll be putting up photos of the guy making this ship later.

Taken at the Texas Renaissance Festival.

Lovely -- I love how glass picks up color and light and how your picture shows that. As for the watermark, it's fine to have it there (and probably a good idea) but work with what your watermark is: in my opinion, it should be aligned right (or to whatever side it's on) and at the bottom of the picture. That way, it doesn't take away from the picture. Otherwise you look at the watermark first and then you're concentrating on it instead of your photo.

This came out very good. The background is a bit too fuzzy, and I wish the ship was more glassy, but good besides that.

But a watermark? How tacky.

Eh, I was going for a small depth of field there (the background being fuzzy).

I decided to start watermaking after reading of a few horror stories.

what horror story would finally make you start watermarking? at any rate, that's one amazing piece of glass.

Eh, I've always been meaning to start watermarking. Just been incredibly lazy.

A beautiful photograph. The clarity is wonderful and the blue background really enhances the glass well. Very nice.
